Using multistage pressure-stabilized filtration with pulsatile tangential flow, the instrument fully automates exosome extraction, concentration, purification, and buffer exchange. It is widely used in scientific research on exosomes from cell supernatants, animal body fluids, and plant extracts;
1. Main functional parameters:
(1) Sample-processing volume: two sample-processing modes, covering 10 μL–500 mL and 10,000 mL. Different filter-unit models enable processing of different sample extracts;
(2) Supported sample types: various body fluids, stem-cell supernatants, and raw plant extracts;

(13) Temperature control: the product is extensively equipped with 7 weighing sensors, 5 pressure sensors, and 2 temperature sensors. A fuzzy PID control strategy intelligently identifies filter units, automatically concentrates and purifies different exosome volumes, and controls temperature throughout the process;
(14) Transparent viewing door: equipped with multiple weight sensors and using a fuzzy PID control strategy, the instrument intelligently identifies filter units, makes the entire process visible, and automatically concentrates and purifies different exosome volumes;
(15) Purification workflow: the product has multiple sensors, and its control software provides multiple operating modes. Their combinations support dozens of concentration and purification modes, enabling optimization of exosome concentration and purification;
(16) Review-list data storage: equipped with a miniature built-in industrial computer, with 300 GB of historical-data storage sufficient for 10 years;
(17) Screen display: the 11.4-inch display supports barcode scanning and code entry to set initial sample parameters. It displays and stores historical data in real time and provides parameter alarms. Each batch has a fixed code for convenient querying and recordkeeping;
(18) Contamination prevention and control: equipped with two ozone-free UV lamps. Sterilization duration can be set freely, with a default of 30 minutes;
(19) Care and maintenance: supplied with injectable-grade normal saline and sterile PBS. The software includes cleaning workflows for leak detection, filter-unit cleaning, automatic recovery, and other functions;
