(1) Culture-chamber design features: convenient positioning and clamping; a sterilizable sealing component at the moving end; a rational, safe electrostatic-circuit layout; easy sample installation and removal; and convenient medium replacement;

(2) After power is disconnected, the loading unit remains in place rather than descending under gravity;

(3) The culture chamber and stress-loading device are located inside the incubator, while the control system is outside for convenient parameter settings;

(4) Measures pressure parameters and frequency, displays real-time curves, stores data, and permits instrument adjustment for convenient operation;

(5) Each culture unit cultures one material sample. Each dynamic culture unit can be installed, removed, and relocated as needed and placed in a 5% CO2, 37℃ constant-temperature incubator. Cell scaffolds can be inserted and removed and medium replaced easily, with a low risk of contamination;

(6) Each dynamic culture unit is sealed and maintains suitable pH and carbon-dioxide concentration;

(7) The entire bioreactor is reusable and can be sterilized by acid washing and alcohol fumigation, but not by high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization;

(8) Material deformation: 0–40%.
