Fully Automated Exosome Isolation and Concentration Systemis advanced biological laboratory equipment used primarily for efficient, automated extraction and concentration of exosomes from biological samples. It uses technologies including, but not limited to, pulsed tangential-flow multistage recirculating filtration, intelligent control, and magnetic-bead capture. Pulsed tangential-flow constant-pressure multistage recirculating filtration prevents particles from clogging the membrane and continuously processes large sample volumes at high speed, while magnetic-bead capture specifically binds exosomes for efficient separation and extraction.
1. Reservoir
Conical-bottom design: the reservoir has a conical bottom so even trace sample remaining at the bottom can be processed. This prevents sample waste and improves equipment utilization.
2. Filtration unit
Standard syringe operation: the filtration unit works with a standard syringe and uses a Luer fitting for convenient operation. This design enables easy sample processing without additional specialist training.
3. Ultrasonic nanofiltration system
Negative-pressure oscillation system: this new ultrasonic-nanofiltration exosome separation method combines a negative-pressure oscillation system (NPO) with a double-coupled harmonic oscillation system (HO) acting on a nano-ultrafiltration chip to enrich and purify exosomes.
Efficient separation: the system rapidly removes contaminants such as free nucleic acids and proteins while retaining exosomes. This method overcomes limitations of conventional membrane separation and improves efficiency.
