  Cerebrospinal Fluid Pulsation Bioreactoris a device that simulates the biomechanical environment created by cerebrospinal-fluid pulsation, dynamically cultures cell–biomaterial composites in vitro to construct artificial living bone tissue, and records experimental data in real time. The resulting tissue-engineered bone offers strong biomechanical properties, biocompatibility and bioactivity, providing a new method for clinical bone-tissue research and application. It is mainly used for in-vitro construction of living bone tissue and for studies of biomaterial–cell compatibility, fatigue properties and toxicity. It is suitable for product development and scientific research at universities, hospitals, research institutes, biological research centers and biomaterials laboratories.
  Cerebrospinal Fluid Pulsation BioreactorPeriodic maintenance (weekly/monthly):
  1. Deep Cleaning and Disinfection:
  Remove washable components such as pump heads, chambers and sensor interfaces, then soak and wipe them with 70% ethanol, an appropriate sterilant or a dedicated biological disinfectant.
  Do not use highly corrosive cleaners on metal components.
  After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with deionized water and air-dry or blow dry with sterile air.
  2. Pump-System Maintenance:
  Peristaltic/plunger pump: inspect pump-head rollers or the plunger for wear and replace them when necessary.
  Inspect pump tubing for fatigue or deformation and replace it promptly.
  Calibrate pump-flow output to ensure that pulsation frequency and flow match the set values.
  3. Sensor Calibration:
  Pressure sensor: calibrate regularly with a reference pressure source to ensure an accurate pulsatile-pressure waveform.
  Flow sensor: calibrate flow readings to ensure reliable fluid-dynamic parameters.
  Temperature/pH sensors: if temperature control or pH monitoring is integrated, calibrate the sensors regularly.
  4. Leak-Tightness Inspection:
  Pressure-test the entire system, for example by observing pressure decay after pressurization, to confirm that it is leak-free and maintains a sterile environment.
